The founder of the Pasco Pediatric Foundation was arrested for driving under the influence for the fourth time. Russell Bain has been arrested twice for DUI in Tampa and twice in Pasco County. The doctor has also received three speeding tickets since 2005. His latest DUI arrest was the result of a 0.205 blood alcohol level.
According to TampaBay.com, his first arrest came in Pasco County in 1995. It was more than a decade before he was charged with DUI again. In 2006 he was caught in Hillsborough County where he was eventually convicted of reckless driving. Just over a year later Pasco deputies got him again and he pled no contest to those charges losing his license for six months.
