Florida Defense Attorney Darren Finebloom Defends the Rights of His Clients
Darren Finebloom, Esq., DUI and criminal defense attorney with Finebloom & Haenel, has extensive trial experience, which he combines with a very personal commitment to protect the rights of his clients. Finebloom has earned a reputation for providing skillful representation in a supportive, hands-on environment, defending cases involving DUI, drug possession, criminal traffic charges, battery, sexual assault, theft and other offenses. A former Public Defender in Sarasota for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Darren has personally represented clients charged with serious felonies and misdemeanors in both State and Federal courts throughout the state of Florida, and has won a significant number of his cases that were tried to a jury (see “Case Results”).
Currently serving as president of the Sarasota chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Darren is also a member of the National College of DUI Defense, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Sarasota County Bar Association. He is also a regular lecturer on breath test and criminal defense issues throughout the state of Florida, and has authored texts on best practices for lawyers representing clients accused of drug-related crimes.
Finebloom received his Bachelors Degree in Criminology from Florida State University and attended law school at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, graduating with honors. Attorney Finebloom is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts and Federal Courts including the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.
