Boynton Beach officials received a 911 call reporting a mail truck parked on the side of the road with a man slumped over the steering wheel. Officers went out to investigate the possible DUI and according to an article on NaplesNews.com they discovered 29-year-old Michael Crocilla passed out in his mail truck.
The mail carrier was in the middle of his route when he was discovered by police who report hisĀ blood alcohol level was .264 and .258, more than three times the legal limit. The U.S. Postal worker said he spent the entire previous night drinking wine and then drank a half a bottle of mouthwash to cover up the smell. He was charged with driving under the influence.
