A 21-year-old Holiday woman was pulled over on suspicion of drunk driving when she ran a stop sign at 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Deputies approached the woman and could smell alcohol on her breath but that wasn’t the only thing they discovered. According to TBO.com Pasco County deputies found a green box with “Rebekah’s pot” written on it. Inside the box was apparently Rebekah Michal Tracht-Kader’s marijuana.
According to sheriff’s reports the box they found contained a substance that was later confirmed as marijuana. Deputies also reported the woman had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. She took a breath test and had a blood-alcohol level of 0.189 and 0.184. That came after she performed poorly on field sobriety tests. She was arrested and charged with marijuana possession and DUI.
